Wcon Electronics has launched the WF1258 series of high-density wire-to-board connectors with a 1.25mm pitch, which comply with SAE and USCAR automotive standards, support multiple mounting methods such as horizontal and vertical, and are equipped with a forced locking structure to ensure secure locking. The double-row version features an internal lock, while the single-row version has an external lock, with strong structural adaptability, suitable for high-performance scenarios such as automotive auxiliary systems.
The WF1258 Series Automotive Connectors adopts a dual-contact terminal design terminal design, which constructs parallel physical and electrical connections through two independent elastic touchpoints, thereby significantly enhancing contact stability and resistance vibration, ensuring the reliability of electrical connections in high-temperature(-40°C to +125°C)and vibration environments, and is widely applicable to compact applications in automotive electronics and industrial equipment.
